Mets 1B Young will miss rest of season after collision

New York Mets first baseman Jared Young, 31, who was at home resting and recovering Friday, will miss the rest of the season because of a concussion sustained when he collided with pitcher Nolan McLean while trying to field a ground ball Thursday night.
